About 90 students are taking advantage of a new Saturday School opportunity at Oscar J Pope School, which runs through March 5.  The school is asking for appropriate snacks for the day.  FPC, and especially the Vine Community, has taken on many PTA duties for this low-income,  highly transient school community as a way of touching our Lakeland neighbors with the love of Christ.  

Thanks to you, we already have about 3 weeks worth of snacks for the OJP kids!  But we need to get through the first Saturday in March!  Please donate the following items by bringing them with you when you come for worship on Sunday, or throughout the week (donation receptacles near main covered entrances).  All items must be store bought, sealed and individually wrapped:

Bottled water

Juice boxes

Breakfast bars

Granola bars

Individually wrapped crackers
